Delivery Info

All orders will be shipped within two days at the latest after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

Literal is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We deliver to all countries via DHL. Delivery for shipments addressed to:

European Union: approximately 3-4 working days.

Rest of the world: approximately 5-6 working days.

We do not generally deliver to addresses outside European Union. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

Free shipping for all orders over 150 USD and 10 USD shipping fee for all other orders.

If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the product at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

International orders applicable for fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided 

Lost / Missing Packages: “Literal will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities.”

Literal will not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. However, if a mistake was done on our part, exchanges for your correct order will be done.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
