Returns & Exchange
You can change or return any product, which you have bought over our website within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Only products, which have not been worn, still carrying all the tags and labels provided with them, can be returned or changed. The use of the product, the removal and/or damage of any labels or logos, the damaging of the product or any of its accessories will prevent change or return.
The shipping company and the return address info will be provided, once a change/return request mail is sent to returns@houseofliteral.com
In the event that you would like to return the product you bought, there will be a 15 Euro shipping fee deduction.
After confirming that the returned product meets the criteria defined above the payment will be refunded to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
Discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
