All orders will be shipped within two days at the latest after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day. Literal is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearence processes. We deliver to all countries via DHL/UPS. Delivery for shipments addressed to:
European Union: approximately 3-4 working days.

Rest of the world: approximately 5-6 working days.

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.

You can change or return any product, which you have bought over our web site within 14 days from the date of receiving of the order. Only products, which have not been worn, still carrying all the tags and labels provided with it, can be returned or changed. The use of the product, the removal and/or damage of any labels or logos, the damaging of the product or any of its accessories will prevent change or return. PS: The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
